EnspirED 2022 - National Youth Leadership Conference

EnspirED is a national youth leadership conference where youth leaders showcase leadership by sharing ideas worth spreading through extensive research and experiential learning. They will be inspiring the audience through their 18-minute, TED-style TALK. 

Speakers at EnspirED are selected by our curatorial team who identify and investigate ideas and innovations that matter.  EnspirED 2022 will have 5 speakers who will; 

1. Share their mind-blowing ideas through spectacular speeches. The talk will be followed by a 
2. Discuss the topic, "Are Gen-Z and Corporate America Ready for Each OTher?"  through a through-provoking panel discussion.

The event is covered by the press and media and a panel of distinguished judges will evaluate the speakers' performances. ​​​  

About the Judges: 

There is a perennial bias that people have, when they see someone young sharing ideas with passion, or giving futuristic solutions to persisting problems, brushing them off as young, inexperienced, or under-qualified. But, our distinguished judges, 5 industry leaders, have broken this bias and chose to spend their Saturday afternoon listening to and evaluating the ideas of 5 dynamic youth leaders.  One more thing...
