General Rules & Regulations

Enspire Academy strives to provide the best quality training with excellent standards.


  1. Enspire Academy and many other terms, symbols, and graphics used in or within the training, the curriculum and the website are federally registered trademarks.

  2. All course content, case studies, rubrics, notes, lists, texts, exercises, and all other materials used or displayed on any Enspire Academy,LLC  service, report, email, learning management system, or website are proprietary to Enspire Academy,LLC and constitute its valuable intellectual property.

  3. No material from any part may be copied, downloaded, transmitted, broadcast, transferred, assigned, reproduced or in any other way used or otherwise disseminated in any form to any person or entity, without the prior and explicit written consent of Enspire Academy,LLC.

  4. All unauthorized reproduction or other use of material from Enspire Academy,LLC shall be deemed to be willful infringement(s) of this copyright and other proprietary and intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, rights of privacy.


  1. Confidentiality is crucial to coaching and generating the best results for the client/student.

  2. All information gathered, discussed, or analyzed during coaching/training sessions is strictly confidential.

  3. Any subject discussed and/or items shared, including such things as personal information, future plans, goals, feedback, or school-related information has to be confidential and cannot be discussed outside the classroom.

  1. Honesty and trust are important for learning and growth.

  2. Enspire Academy's classrooms, both in-person and online, are an open and safe place for students to come with the confidence to learn and grow.

  3. It is the responsibility of the parent, student, or client to inform the trainer or coach regarding any physical, mental, psychological or emotional issues, including anxieties and disorders before enrolling in the course.

  4. Once you have entered into a coaching agreement or enrolled in a class with us, there will not be any type of therapy or psychological counseling. If these are needed, then it is your responsibility to seek these services from the relevant professional.

  5. Our trainers and coaches give personalized feedback with positive reinforcement in order to help students learn and achieve the goals they signed up for.

  6. If a student is upset for any reason with the peer group or feedback received, please bring it to our notice within 24 hours from the end of the class.

  1. All students enrolled in Enspire Academy's program follow the coursework that is pre-designed in our online learning management portal to ensure the best results.

  2. Enspire Academy reserves the right to make any course-related decisions and/or any changes if needed, with an aim to get better results.

  3. Enspire Academy reserves the right to make any class-related decisions and/or any changes if needed, like finalizing group class participants, allocating trainers, planning the coursework, and any other incidental decisions that has to be taken for the smooth running of the class. 


  1. The course schedule, the number of classes, and the duration of each class will be provided before the commencement of the course.

  2. Group classes will meet at the designated time planned.

  3. Classes may be canceled or rescheduled under exceptional circumstances including weather, technical disruptions or any other reasons.

  4. If a student misses attending a group class he/she can take compensation, either by attending an alternate group class during the same week or by taking a semi-private or private lesson based on the decision of the trainer. Prior permission from the trainer is mandatory.

  5. At least 24 hours notice is required for any reschedule /cancellation of private / one-on-one meetings.


  1. The student or parent can contact the email for any clarification relating to the coursework.

  2. He/She or the parent cannot contact the trainers/coaches directly at any point of time.


Students, Parents, Coaches and Trainers must ensure the following before every virtual class:

  1. Students must sit in a quiet spot with no external disturbances (No walk-ins / walk-outs)

  2. Ensure the spot is well-lit and the face is clearly visible.

  3. Sit in a proper chair in front of a desk/table (Not on the bed)

  4. Keep phones away.

  5. Turn-on the video for the entire class duration. 

  6. While presenting the speech students must stand 3-4 feet away from the computer. (Make room for that)

  7. Dress appropriately, as you would dress for in-person classes. 

  8. Headphones are encouraged. (not mandatory)


  1. The course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.

  2. Enspire Academy does not send an invoice unless requested. It is the responsibility of the parent/ client to pay the course fee.

  3. There is a late fee of $10 per day after the initial grace period of 15 days from the first day of the class.

  4. Payments can be made either by check in favor of “ENSPIRE ACADEMY”, by Zelle transfer, or by credit card. Remember to write the name of the student in the memo section of the check.

  5. All credit card payments have additional processing fee and must be paid at the time of making the credit card transaction.

  6. Non-payment of the fees within the grace period will result in the removal of the student from the course and losing all access to our online learning portal.

6. Bank charges of $25 shall be payable in case of dishonor of check or decline of credit cards.

7. By filling up and signing the registration form you are entering a legal contract for completing the payment in full and abiding by all the rules, policies, and expectations of Enspire Academy



1. If you withdraw from the course 5 days before the course start date, there is a full refund of the course fee. 

2. If you withdraw after attending the first class, there is an 85% refund of the course fee.

3. Any withdrawals after the second class WILL NOT get any refund.

4. At any point there is NO REFUND of the registration fee.
