Updated: May 22, 2020

Dear Class of 2020,

The COVID-19 has taken away your senior trips, prom, and now, the ceremonious graduation. Are you disappointed or discouraged?

Don’t be, because you are special. Here’s why:

  1. You will be talked about, for decades, because you just made it into the history books of the future.

  2. You are the lucky ones to receive many heartening commencement addresses from inspiring politicians, business leaders, actors, athletes, and musicians, all coming forward to encourage you with their words of wisdom, while past graduates received just one.

  3. You are the privileged class to build the maturity and strength to handle any crisis.

  4. You get the chance to practice the lessons taught by your parents and teachers, “Always be prepared, & never let anything deter your spirits” and,

  5. You are the fortunate few to get a glimpse of the world every before you stepped into it.

Trust me, your experiences in the last few months will prepare you for greater success.

Congratulations!

Wishing you all the very best!
