After completing every module in the step-by-step curriculum towards leadership, our students get an opportunity to speak before an audience.  Depending on the level of the program, the complexity of the topic,  the size of the audience and the level of expertise expected varies. Every Enspirian student delivers the following speeches at various levels. 

• Creative Narration

• Extemporaneous / Expository

• Research-based / Inspirational

• Impromptu

Speaking up for what we believe is the mark of true leadership. High School Students, after completing Level 5 - Enfluencer of our 6-step leadership curriculum, will showcase their influential speaking skills at an annual event, Enfluence - Speaking up for a cause.

Students get an opportunity to collaborate with a non-profit organization and speak up for their cause. The event is covered by the press and media and a panel of professional judges evaluate our students' performances. ​​​

The Speakers will,

• Influence the audience to get a YES-response

• Express their view with the perfect voice 

• Create a lasting impact on the audience

EnspirED is the last leg of the journey to leadership.  After completing the course work and internship requirements of Level 6 - Enspired Leader, students present their original idea at the biennial event, EnspirED - TED-style Talk by Teens. It is a FREE for all public event.

The talk will be followed by a panel discussion with these emerging leaders on a published topic. The event is covered by the press and media and a panel of professional judges evaluate our students' performances. ​​​
